Extreme Builders Interior & Exterior Services, Inc offers a variety of roofing options.

Our standard option is the tear-off and re-roof with a 30 yr specification (3 tab). It includes:
*    Tear off all existing layers of roof. Nail down all loose nails and clean sheating of all debris.
*    Install type ASTM 15 asphalt felt as a vapor barrier.
*    220lb. per. square. seal-o-matic fiber glass composition shingles. 5/8" standard offset and 5 5/8" exposure. Hand nailed.
*    Double starter, double ridge, and California single cut valley's.
*    Reflash around chimney with new pre-painted to match metal flashing.
*    Install new vents to meet U.B.C. Specifications.
*    Clean job site of all exterior debris caused by our work.
